Futucortex GPT

FutuCortex helps our Futurice sales people write better client proposals, faster. It does this by automatically extracting knowledge directly from the tools we use and the ‘digital footprint’ we create. So we have a constantly updating knowledge base, with no need for manual documentation.

Data & AI has been at this platform’s core since we launched it in 2020. During this project we started experimenting with the new possibilities from gen AI - and the results are rather exciting. We interviewed sales people to learn their processes, pains and opportunities when building proposals, to come up with use cases for gen AI to support them. As result, our users can now ask natural language questions and GPT will help them find, summarise and build on 10s of thousands of our past slides & docs.

Gen AI features have more than tripled usage

FutuCortex was already used weekly by over 50% of sales people - our key target users. But since releasing our gen AI features, our average unique weekly user count has more than tripled. This includes almost all our sales people, as well as many others who are now finding new use cases beyond sales.

My work ranged from user research, capture insights, interface design, and co-creation and iteration of the solution with data scientists.
